Our work together starts with a free 15–20 minute consultation call to see if we’re the right fit. This is your chance to ask questions and clarify what you’re looking for.
From there, we schedule your first session—a 75-minute deep dive focused entirely on you. We’ll explore your goals, uncover priorities, and set a clear direction for our work.
In ongoing sessions, we’ll address the issues that brought you to coaching, using effective, body-focused techniques to support your progress. Throughout, we’ll check in to ensure the work is aligned with your needs and delivering real results.
What to expect

Using evidence-based Clinical EFT and somatic regulation techniques, sessions are tailored to your needs and goals. Gentle tapping combined with body-focused grounding supports nervous system regulation, reduces stress, and restores healthy emotional flow.
This approach helps shift stuck patterns through strategic emotional processing, building clarity, relief, and lasting mind-body resilience.
A personalized approach

Most clients work with me for at least 8–12 sessions. Weekly sessions are standard at the start(first 4-6 weeks) to build momentum and address key patterns. As progress stabilizes and the foundational skills are integrated, we may shift to biweekly or monthly sessions. Some clients complete sooner while others choose to continue longer as new layers or goals emerge.
We reassess every 4–6 sessions to evaluate progress and adjust as needed. There is no fixed commitment- session length and pacing are as unique as your reasons for seeking this work.
Session Pacing and Duration

You’re feeling stuck, overwhelmed, or uncertain about your next steps. Maybe you’re navigating a major life change, battling self-doubt, or struggling with specific emotional triggers. You want more than talk, you need practical, body-based tools to regain balance and move forward with clarity.
This may not be for you if you’re in crisis or need trauma therapy. Growth takes practice, but if you're ready for lasting change, you're in the right place.

What I offer is not trauma therapy.
While Clinical EFT can be used as a trauma-informed tool, the way I use it is not focused on processing traumatic memories. We are not actively revisiting or re-experiencing traumatic events. Instead, we focus on a specific, current issue or emotional challenge you're facing. From there, we choose a small, manageable events, something recent or even upcoming, and use EFT to work with the emotional charge around it.
This approach is gentle, grounded, and often more accessible for people who want support with emotional regulation, behavior patterns, and building self-compassion, without diving into the sometimes exhausting process of deep trauma work.
Our work together is not about reliving the past—it’s about creating space in the present.
While trauma therapy plays a vital role in emotional recovery for many, what I offer is a more focused and emotionally sustainable way to build tolerance, shift stuck beliefs, and feel better in your day-to-day life.

Real Stories, Real Results
Why Clients Choose Danielle
This approach uses three key elements to support change. Emotions aren’t just in the mind—they’re stored in the body. When feeling stuck or overwhelmed, it’s often because emotional energy is trapped in the nervous system. The difference lies in addressing both the body and mind to create lasting change.
Cognitive
-
Identify limiting beliefs or negative thoughts, and mental patterns.
-
Update negative self-talk into more kind and self accepting narratives.
-
Understand how your mind shapes your experiences.
-
Encourage new, empowering perspectives.
Somatic
-
Get tuned into the body and physical sensations as information.
-
Release stored tension, emotions, and survival stress.
-
Use practices like breathwork, tapping, and body awareness.
-
Connect to your body’s innate wisdom.
Energetic
-
Focus on the flow of energy in your body.
-
Release blocked or stagnant emotional energy.
-
Use techniques to balance energy.
-
Support emotional and physical well-being.

Initial Session
(Session 1)
Our first session is focused on discovery. We clarify your goals, understand what’s bringing you to coaching, and identify patterns that may be contributing to the issue. This forms the basis for our work together.
Foundational Phase (Sessions 2–4)
You learn how to use EFT effectively. We build emotional regulation capacity and begin targeting surface-level stressors and emotional blocks.
Resolution Phase
(Sessions 5–12)
We address deeper emotional patterns: often long-standing beliefs or unresolved experiences linked to your goals or symptoms. Most clients experience significant change during this phase.
Ongoing Work
(Sessions 13+)
If further issues emerge, we continue. This may include deeper emotional processing, identity-level work, or shifting to new goals. Each new phase builds on prior progress.
