1. Consultation:
20-minute video call to determine fit and clarify goals.
2. Plan:
We identify your primary area of focus (e.g., grief completion, emotional regulation) and determine session structure (typically weekly).
3. Sessions:

EFT Coaching: target-specific, emotional regulation work (often 6–11 sessions)

Grief Recovery: structured 7- or 8-session protocol based on GRM guidelines

All sessions are 75 minutes and conducted via secure video(Zoom)
